This is the privacy policy of Codepress, the company that created Admin Columns Pro and this website.
What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address)
Billing information: billing address, and details of your purchases and invoices.
Licence and activation data: the domain names of the websites on which you activate your licence, stored with your account data so that we can keep track of your usage and determine whether you have exceeded your licence limit.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Codepress with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
Our Company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Send you information about our products and services, but only if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
When we process your order, our payment providers screen the transaction for fraud on our behalf. We do not carry out credit checks ourselves.
How do we store your data?
Codepress stores your data with Kinsta, our hosting provider. We also share data with the providers we need to run our service: Stripe, PayPal and Braintree process your payments, and Xero holds our accounting records. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We keep your account data for as long as you are a customer and for one year afterwards. Billing records are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. After those periods have expired we delete your data, or anonymise it where deletion is not possible.
Marketing
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, but only if you have explicitly stated this to us by subscribing to our newsletter.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Codepress from contacting you for marketing purposes.
What are your data protection rights?

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in particular in the country where you live or work. Codepress is based in the Netherlands, where the supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
